Welcome to DOMU, operated by Domu Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DOMU mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using DOMU, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use DOMU

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• By using DOMU, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Our Services

DOMU is a platform that connects renters, buyers, landlords, and real estate agents. We provide tools including property listings, livestream open houses, and communication features.

We do not own or manage the listed properties. All transactions are conducted directly between users.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Use DOMU for illegal activities.

• Harass or abuse other users.

4. Sharing of Information

• If you mark interest in a property, your contact information will be shared with the listing agent so they can follow up with you.

5. Content You Provide

By uploading photos, videos, or livestreams, you confirm you have the rights to the content. You grant Domu Inc a limited license to display this content within the App.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report listings or behavior they believe is inappropriate, fraudulent, or abusive. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Domu Inc does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any rental or purchase agreements. We are not a party to real estate transactions between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
